Why We Use Zoom Reveal and Ordering Appointments

After 15 years of photographing weddings, our co-founder Jennifer Lindberg noticed a heart-breaking pattern: couples would intend to choose their favorite images for albums, but years would pass without selections being made, even with multiple reminders and opportunities. Even pre-paid albums went uncreated, and treasured memories risked being lost to failed hard drives or outdated technology. This inspired our Studio’s commitment to a better way.

Our Zoom reveal and ordering appointments provide highly personalized, white-glove service to help you check this important task off your list. We guide you through current artwork offerings, take detailed notes on your preferences, and ensure your selections are exactly what you want. This approach guarantees your portraits become tangible keepsakes to enjoy now, not just files at risk of being lost to time.

Scheduling Your Zoom Reveal and Ordering Appointment

  • All portrait orders are placed during a Zoom reveal and ordering appointment
  • Appointments are typically booked several weeks in advance
  • Your scheduled time is exclusively reserved for you
  • 24 hours or more notice is required for appointment changes

Thank you for scheduling with us! To ensure the best experience for all clients:

  • Please arrive on time for your Zoom appointment–a real human is waiting for you and is excited to share your portraits with you!
  • If you arrive 15+ minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule to ensure quality service for you and respect for other clients’ scheduled times
  • Your first reschedule is complimentary with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • A $50 fee applies for missed appointments (less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows)
  • A second or subsequent reschedule (regardless of notice given) requires a $50 non-refundable reactivation fee
  • We value your time and appreciate your understanding of these policies that help us serve all our clients effectively.
Second Reveal and Ordering Appointments
  • Available for a $500 fee
  • Includes 90 days of portrait storage
  • Fee applies in full to your final order
  • Non-refundable

After Your Appointment

Orders and Production
  • All orders enter immediate production, 7 days a week
  • Custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed on Zoom
  • 30% cancellation fee applies to any order changes after Zoom appointment
  • Digital orders: 4-week delivery timeline
  • Tangible artwork: 6-10 weeks delivery timeline
Quality Commitment
  • Our satisfaction guarantee means we will rework any portrait until you’re completely happy with the result
  • We do not offer refunds on custom orders
  • If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of your portraits, we will make adjustments until they meet your expectations
  • All images protected under copyright laws
  • Digital files include printing rights
Usage Rights
  • Studio reserves right to use images for display and promotion
  • Licensing agreement required for electronic reproduction
