We’re looking for Mothers & Their Children to photograph for our Exhibition and Art Opening on May 2nd, 2025.

Why a Mothers & Children?
What we hear over and over from our clients is that moms are usually the ones behind the camera, capturing amazing moments of their kids. But they deserve to be in the photos too, making core memories WITH their children. It’s time to celebrate moms and all the faces of Motherhood with a beautiful gallery show featuring portraits of moms alongside their children. Our art opening on May 2nd, 2025, will feature up to 75 incredible everyday moms and their kids, displayed on our walls and celebrated in style. Schedule your portrait session for Decemeber of January and one of your portraits might be featured in our show!

WHAT’s INCLUDED
This gift certificate can be applied toward the purchase of any artwork offered by the Studio.
This means you get to see all the fantastic photos captured during the session without even leaving your house! Our portrait designer will host a virtual ordering session via Zoom where you can sit back and relax as you check out the images from the comfort of your own home. During this time, you will have the opportunity to purchase the images you like.
This is for all mothers and children sessions scheduled in Lockhart between now and January 31st.

By popular demand, the Studio has opened limited availability in select Texas cities. (Waco, Austin, San Antonio, Lockhart, El Paso, Midland/Odessa, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, Abilene, Houston, and Pearland.) When you work with us at one of our Studios “on the road,” you’ll have the privilege of being personally photographed by Jenn Lindberg herself—the Co-Founder and namesake of JL Studios–and her team. They are one of the most sought after B&W portrait photography studios in Texas.

CAN I BUY THE PHOTOGRAPHS?
Of course! While there’s absolutely no obligation to buy any of the images, you will have a fun and very special viewing session on Zoom where you look at your stunning portraits one week after your shoot in the comfort of your own home. Should you fall head over heels (which we’re pretty sure you will) with any of your images, we’ll help guide you through the options, ensuring the best fit for you and your family. At that time, you can apply your gift certificate toward any purchase.
Our artwork starts at $495; and most clients typically spend $1500 and up on their selected portraits.
How Do I Book My Session?
To book your session, please fill out our short form below. We’ll review it quickly and get in touch with you via text and email. We schedule all of our sessions after a short phone call to confirm we’re a good fit and to select your session and reveal dates. Sessions are limited and are being scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to respond quickly if we contact you. Right now, every mom who comes in between now and December 31st will be entered into a drawing of 25 more moms who will be featured in our gallery show on May 2nd, 2025.
