Wonderful experience! It was so fun working with the team, and th photos came out so much better than I could have dreamed!
We have worked with the Jennifer Lindberg Studio twice now. Both times for our family photos and both times our photos came out amazing. Our first time, we had Jen and her husband as out photographers and they were a delight. That was about 6 years ago. More recently we had other photographers who were also very nice. Maybe we took long to get ready, but the session seemed shorter the second time. I don't feel like the photographers gave us enough direction or caught little things like a bra showing or shirt buttons a little open. All that was fixed in editing, though. I also feel that my husband got more pics centered around him with our kids than I did. It would have been nice to have more of me alone, too. My one compared to everyone else's 3-4 was a little disappointing. In the end, the photos came out so beautiful, and we will definitely use Jennifer Lindberg Studio for our future family photos. Everyone is so nice and we always get so many compliments on our photos. We will treasure them forever.
We had such a wonderful experience with Jennifer Lindberg Studio. My dog has mobility challenges, and the photographer and assistant were incredibly patient, gentle, and accommodating. They made sure my pup was comfortable every step of the way, never rushed us, and reassured me that they were able to capture some great shoots despite the challenges. The entire process from scheduling to ordering was professional yet very personal, and the portraits turned out absolutely beautiful. They captured my dog’s spirit in a way I will always treasure. I am so grateful for the care and kindness we were shown during such a meaningful time. Highly recommend.
The team at the studio was so professional, kind, and fun. My pups and I had a blast! The pictures turned out amazing and I can’t wait to hang them in my place.
I answered an ad on Facebook to do a “women and their dogs” photo shoot. It just happened to come when my 13 year old golden doodle was very ill and I was afraid we were losing her. We drove 2 1/2 hours to the fabulous studio where we were greeted by two of the kindest and most patient people. They completely put both me and my dog at ease and encouraged the most amazing photos out of us. I had planned on purchasing only a single portrait, but when I saw the portfolio, I literally cried. They were so much better than I ever dreamed. I’ve never in my life been happy with pictures of myself…yet these I absolutely loved. So I did what I had to do and bought a much larger package than I expected. I thoroughly recommend Jennifer Lindbergh Studio. Well worth it!!
We had a wonderful experience with Jennifer Lindberg for our family photos. We have a seven-month-old, and the photographers we worked with were incredibly kind, patient, and great with our baby, which made the entire session feel relaxed and enjoyable. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and we truly felt well taken care of. We’re so happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend this studio to other families.
We did a photoshoot with our two dogs. You can imagine how high the energy was. I doubted we would get many good shots in just an hour-long shoot, but to my surprise, we ended up with so many incredible images that I was ready to take out a loan to buy them all. lol jk. It was hard to narrow it down to 20 images, but we did, and now have photos that we will forever cherish. We had to put one of our dogs down shortly after the shoot, so I cannot express how much it means to have gotten these beautiful photos of him. He's forever in our hearts and a reminder on our wall of what he brought to our family.
Why portraits, and Why now?

Fatherhood happens in seasons.
There are the early years when your kids still reach for your hand.
And there are the later years
when they’re finding their independence
but still look to you for guidance.
Those years feel ordinary while you’re living them.
But they aren’t.
They are the years your children are forming the memories that will shape how they remember childhood–and how they remember you.
The Legacy Dads Portrait Project was created to document this chapter. The era when your kids look to you.
When you’re guiding them, teaching them, and showing them what it means to show up.
WHAT WE CREATE
This isn’t just a photo session.
It’s a moment between a father and the people who mean everything to him.
At Jennifer Lindberg Studio, we create powerful black-and-white portraits that capture the quiet strength, humor, and connection that define fatherhood. These images go beyond the everyday snapshots on your phone—they become the photographs your children will keep long after they’re grown.
The way he lifts them.
The way they look at him.
The pride. The protection. The love.
These portraits preserve that story exactly as it is right now.
Not staged perfection.
Real connection.
Because one day, these photographs won’t just show what he looked like.
They’ll remind your children what it felt like to be his.
WHY IT MATTERS
This project documents a chapter of life that passes quickly —
the years when your children still look to you, lean on you, and learn from you.
The dads helping with homework — or college applications.
The dads teaching their teens how to drive.
The dads talking late at night about life, mistakes, and what comes next.
The dads cheering from the sidelines — or from the stands.
The dads whose kids may be taller now… but still need them.
WHAT TO EXPECT

You don’t need to know what to do. You just need to show up – with your family by your side.

“Such a special experience for me and my two boys. The studio, the photography team, and the overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations.”

STEP INTO THE FRAME
This project celebrates the dads who show up.
All the Dads.
From single dads carrying the load on their own.
to busy dads working hard to provide.
Dads who wish they had more time — and make every moment count.
The dads who guide.
The dads who protect.
The dads who fix all the things.
The dads who joke. (Because who doesn’t love a good dad joke?)
The dads guiding childhood.
The dads their kids will rememberLimited availability. Every portrait is a commissioned piece of art.

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

Sometimes it looks like laughter and roughhousing.
Sometimes it’s quiet conversation and shared stories.
Both are part of the bond between a dad and his kids.
Whether your kids are still small enough to climb onto your shoulders…
or already growing into adults of their own — this chapter matters.
